One of the most useful features of JivoChat is that it can be integrated into your business CRM. You can find out more about integration in the [Pricing] (/pricing/) section on our homepage, where you can also find out about all the other features our online chat offers. If you’re still trying to decide which CRM to use for your business, we’ve put together a list of the 10 best options available on the market. This will make it easier to find a tool you can trust and that you can integrate across all your different departments, including online customer service provided by JivoChat.

1. Salesforce

Salesforce CRM

This is one of the world’s leading CRM systems. Although it’s often linked to big corporations, the system also offers payment plans for small companies. The system is based in a cloud, which means it can be accessed and used from any computer and you don’t need to lug yours around with you everywhere you go. This is also one of the disadvantages of using Salesfoce, as using a cloud isn’t recommended for businesses that need high confidentiality, like companies operating in the financial sector.

On the other hand, it offers some of the best customer service out there. Some of the tools that Salesforce offers its clients include: contact administration, generation of leads, opportunity management (with features which make it easy to create and generate quotes), reports, internal communication features and access via mobile devices, amongst other things.

2. Highrise

With a focus on contact administration, HighRise is a CRM that tries to offer its clients complete access to contact and client information on one screen. One of its main advantages is its low cost. It’s only four dollars per month per user, and it’s free for up to two users. As well as displaying contact information, HighRise also has tools that help you out with negotiations and sales. Getting it set up is also simple, as you can import your email contacts. Perfect for those who want to get rid of their trusty but outdated Excel spreadsheet.

3. Insightly

Insightly is another tool aimed at small companies. Just like HighRise, it’s free for up to two users. Its most basic monthly plan is $15 per user, or $12 if you pay annually. At the end of the day this is very little, seeing as this CRM tool offers a wider range of options than many others.

As well as managing contacts and helping with negotiations, Insightly also has an app for mobile devices and for different types of reports, not only sales. One of its main advantages is social integration: the software uses the emails in your database to find social media profiles. You can integrate it with JivoChat, as well as other apps such as Evernote, emails, or Google apps, like Docs, Sheets and Drive.

4. Hubspot CRM

Hubspot is well known for its digital marketing tools, but it also offers a complete free CRM service that your business can make use of. You can use the CRM tool in conjunction with their marketing software. Hubstop CRM lets you enter the name or email of a contact, then it automatically searches for information about that person. It’s also possible to use it to look for information about a certain company based on their domain name, even emails you’ve exchanged with them, which you can save and organise within the CRM tool. In addition to the features mentioned, it can also be integrated with email and has apps for Android and i0S.

5. Oracle

Just like Salesforce, Oracle is one of the world’s leading CRM systems. What’s more the company offers a broad range of system solutions in the administration area. Another similarity between Oracle and Salesforce is their cloud platform, which has the same advantages and disadvantages.

However, its products are more aimed at large or, at the very least, medium sized companies. The most basic plan they offer, Sales Cloud, a CRM tool focused on sales, costs $65 per user per month. In exchange, the tool provides analytical sales reports, puts together sales catalogues, and lets you create and evaluate campaigns.

6. Zoho

One of the main features and focuses of Zoho is that it can be integrated into a wide range of customer service channels. Telephone, email, live online chat and social media platforms can all be integrated with it. It lets you trace visitors to your site, as well as having analytical tools for email. Zoho is a CRM that allows its users to analyse sales processes on these different channels, as well as providing tools for communicating with clients.

What’s more, Zoho is one of the best CRM services for business that are just getting off the ground. Despite having a basic plan which costs $15 a month per user, its free version can be used by up to 10 operators, and it also has mobile apps.

7. Odoo

Unlike Oracle and Salesforce, Odoo doesn’t operate on a cloud, but from your server. This software also doesn’t have a specific focus but is more general. This means that its functions are wide-ranging, involving contacts, sales, accounting and project administration, to name just a few.

Odoo CRM

Another of the advantages of Odoo was this it was built with an open code. That means you can create your own version of the CRM tool depending on your needs. Although this is definitely an advantage, personalising this tool will mean you need to contract a designer. It has a free and a paid version, which costs eight dollars per month per user.

8. SugarCRM

SugarCRM is also well known for its software and services, designed for small and medium sized companies. One of its strongest points is its customer service, but it also offers all of the normal CRM features. It is one of the few tools that allows the client to choose whether they went the service to be based in a cloud or on their own servers. It has a free trial period and its prices start from $40 per month per user on the most basic plan, and $150 on the most advanced.

The service also has mobile apps and has a free test period of 30 days, but both its plans are paid, costing £35 per month per user. It also lets you integrate it with [email marketing] (/blog/marketing/email-marketing-tips-for-ecommerce.html) tools, like MailChimp.

10. OnePageCRM

If you’re just looking for a simple solution, OnePageCRM might be the right choice for you. This tool does exactly what it says on the tin, showing everything you need directly on one page. For this to be possible, it separates your contacts according to the different tasks related to them. If you click on the contact, which is on the side menu, all their information appears on the screen: their details, tasks associated to them, and any notes. The order of priority on the list is decided by how near the task deadline is to the current date. It costs $12 per month per user.
