In the admin panel you can change colors, text and position of chat.
Open admin panel > “Channels” tab > “Settings” under the site name > “Design” on the left menu.
Design tab allows to change color scheme of the chat.
You can turn on shadow, select the color for the callback button, choose one of preset colors or pick a custom color for chat.
With Alignment tab you can orient chat button to the desired position.
Please note that the position of chat window is defined by the placement of the chat button. If the button is on the left side of the screen (bottom / top / side views), chat window on the website will be on the left, attached to the bottom of the screen.
Similarly, if the button is placed on the right side or in the center, chat window will open on the lower right corner of the screen. We recommend to use right side location as the most optimal.
In the Font tab you can set font style, type and size of the font.
In the Labels tab you can change the text that is used on the chat button and in offline mode.
Please note that if you set long text on the chat button, the button will increase in width depending on the length of the text.
Also in this tab you can change text of the offline message form (which is shown when client opens chat manually by clicking on chat button).
When you are done with design configuration, press the Save button and the changes will be applied automatically to your website (you don’t have to reinstall the chat code).
