How can I see visitors' type before they send it to the chat?

This setting is only available in the Pro edition of our service.

To allow agents to see what visitors type before they hit “send” open your agent app

click on “Manage”-> “Channels”-> “Settings” from the channel you need to adjust:

Next, go to “Options” and enable the feature as shown in the image below:

This feature, allows agents to see what visitors type before they hit “send”. It will be “on” by default.
