The amoCRM integration allows you to sync contacts and tasks with data sourced from chats.
To integrate amoCRM, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations and click on “amoCRM”.
After that, the connection page will open and you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.AmoCRM Domain. It is the address of your system in amoCRM, it can be copied from the address bar:
2.Administrator’s email address. This is the email address of your system administrator in amoCRM.
3.API token. Located in amoCRM > Settings > API section:
4.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
5.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Now, after finishing chats in JivoChat app, you will receive client’s data and chat logs directly in your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the “Connected integrations” list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
