Please notice that this integration can only be connected with accounts created at https://www.bitrix24.ru/.
Bitrix24 integration provides automatic leads creation and saves chat logs and call recordings into CRM.
To integrate Bitrix24 with Jivo, first you need to install the Albato application on your Bitrix24 system.
Next, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations, then click on Bitrix24.
After that, the connection page will open, where you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.Bitrix24 domain name. It is the link to your system in Bitrix24, which can be copied from the address bar in the browser:
2.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
3.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the full list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
That’s all. Bitrix24 is connected to JivoChat. After connecting, the integration will appear in the “Connected integrations” list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
