Our integration with BPM'online allows you to automatically create and update clients in your CRM system and attach the history of emails or call recordings in the comments. It also automatically synchronizes visitors’ contacts via chat with the CRM system.
To integrate bpm’online, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations and click on bpm’online.
After that, the connection page will open and you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.Domain name. It is the address of your system in BPM’online, it can be copied from the address bar:
2.Admin login. The name used by the administrator to connect to the system.
3.Admin’s password. Password used for login.
4.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
5.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Hit the Connect button and you are all set.
Now, after finishing chats in JivoChat app, you will receive data directly to your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the “Connected integrations” list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
