How to set up autoaway in the application

The autoaway option is used to change the agent’s status to “Away” (it will make the agent appear offline for new visitors, but the agent will still appear online for visitors, who are already chatting with them), if the agent’s computer is idle for a specified time. You can specify the computer idle time or disable this option.

To set up this option you should click on “Manage” in the application, then go to “App Settings”-> “General” and on the menu “Automatic Switch to Away”, select the desired value.
