You can answer emails and offline messages from the Jivo app. Our business messenger allows you to answer multiple channels from the same Jivo app.

In this tutorial we will show you how to set up a signature for your emails and offline messages answered from the Jivo app.

First, log in to Jivo Desktop app or our Jivo web app.

Go to “Manage”-> “My profile”.

Scroll down until the end and look for the “Signature” field.

You can type your signature text in the box and it will be saved automatically. Please notice that only text signatures are supported.

That is all! Your signature will be shown at the end of your emails and offline messages when you answer them from our Jivo app.
