Integration with Y-clients

To integrate Y-Clients, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations and click on Y-Clients.

1.Login. Enter your administrator login for Y-Clients.

2.Password. Enter your administrator password for Y-clients.

3.Telephony key. In the Y-clients panel, select the option Chains on the top left corner. Then, select the Telephony option on the menu located in the left-hand side of the CRM’s dashboard. Copy your token and enter it here.

4.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.

5.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.

Hit the Connect button and you are all set.

Done! After finishing chats in JivoChat app, you will receive data directly to your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the “Connected integrations” list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
