Now you can create a special page with full-screen chat and generate a direct link to it. Use this link to your preferences, i. e. give it to your clients in emails or SMS or put it in your social profiles and posts.
To create chat page go to Jivo and navigate to Manage > Add channel > Chat page.
Then click Add channel.
Give the channel a name (visible to agents), select chat window language and click Create channel.
Done! You can copy the link in channel’s settings > Installation. You can as well customize chat’s design, triggers, etc.
Give the link to your clients and expect new messages in Jivo app.
