In this tutorial we will show you how to install the chat in your website created on Zyro. You will be able to install it in less than 30 seconds, the chat window will be shown in your website so you can engage with your customers.
Login to your zyro dashboard. Go to “your websites”, hover the mouse over the website you need to connect and click on the “settings” option.
In the following page, please select “Integrations” from the left side menu. Search JivoChat from the right side of the page and click in the button connect.
After seleccting the option “connect”, you will see an empty filed to paste your Widget ID. You can find it in the JivoChat desktop app. Please go to “manage"→ “channels"→ “settings from the channel” (beside the name of the channel)→ “installtion”. If you still can’t find it, please check our tutorial here.
Important: You will only need the Widget ID, it is a combination of numbers and letters between / and y (denoted in between “”)

How will it show?
¡Done! Now you will be able to see the chat widget in your website.
All design settings, omnichannels and agent’s settings can be found in our JIvoChat app.
Continue in the same menu from your Zyro panel so you can see the chat online and running on your website.
Click on Edit website→ preview→ update website
That is all! This is how the chat widget will be shown on your Zyro website!
Now you can answer your chats from the JivoChat app!
