How to enable or disable message sound
Note: If you decide to disable your website widget sound notifications, it is important to note that this will also prevent the sound indication of any new customer messages on your website.
To enable or disable the widget message sound notification, follow the step by step below:
- Log in to your Jivo account -> Click Manage -> Channels -> Channel Settings
- In "Message sound" you will be able to activate or deactivate the sound notification of your widget
