If your e-store has a form for accepting orders from the website, you can configure it so that orders will arrive in the Jivo app. It will take not more than a couple of minutes. After that you or your teammates will be able to instantly start processing the order and provide customers with the highest level of service.

Since Webnode doesn’t make it possible to specify additional address to receive order notifications we’ll need to set up e-mail forwarding in your mailbox. Here’re articles on how to do it in your email client:
When doing this setting create a rule to only forward emails that include key-words from Webnode order notifications, i.e. “Order”, “Application”, “New client”, etc. You can define them based on foregoing order notifications.
All set, now you are ready to receive orders from the form on your website directly in Jivo app.
